Since 2004, Muse 360 has built programs that meet our community where they are and evolve as their needs shift. From leadership pathways and freedom schools to creative entrepreneurship and cultural exchange, each program is rooted in honoring Black diasporic history and the traditions of Black radical thought.
For over two decades, our work has nurtured political consciousness, artistic excellence, and self-determination-ensuring that each generation has the tools to thrive and carry forward the work of building stronger, more connected communities.
” Being part of the 2025 YAA
cohort was great. The mentors
are great. Ms Sharayna is great
and cares about the fellows’
well being. The guest speakers
are inspiring. “
” I think the most valuable aspect I’ve gained from the fellowship is increased awareness of myself and those around me. The fellowship has pushed me to lean into my gifts of being able to connect with people and meet them where they’re at without compromising my well-being. I also think I gained some strong leadership skills that have a strong balance of my words matching my actions, and giving it my all. “
” NGS taught me the value of the artistic process and they taught me how to be patient with myself to get me to a place where I would really like my art to be. They taught me how to grow, how to push myself, and how to keep going. They taught me how to implement the things we learn and how to put those things into action.”
” My journey with Muse 360 began at age three in the Rayn Fall Dance Studio—a second home that nurtured my creativity, discipline, and sense of community. Today, as Program Manager and co-founder of the NGS Black Femme Freedom School, I carry forward the values Muse 360 instilled in me. More than an organization, Muse 360 is a living force that has guided and uplifted me every step of the way. “
” Muse 360 has enriched my life in many ways. It is a reciprocal relationship that pours into my career and spirit while providing me the opportunity to pour into the city that raised me. “
