NGS Youth Restorative Justice Practices // Circle Work Collective is a youth-led cohort of Baltimore scholars, ages 16–24, rooted in ancestral healing, abolitionist practice, and intergenerational care. Through restorative circles, peer-led healing, and cultural memory work, this initiative builds community resilience, develops youth practitioners, and reimagines justice beyond punitive systems.

This training focuses on general restorative circle practice and is not intended for addressing specific forms of harm within a community. All circles are voluntary, and thoughtful preparation is required before participants enter accounting for power dynamics and relational histories. Circle keepers undergo extensive training, shadowing, and ongoing support to hold space responsibly and ethically.
